Soft and bright straw yellow, with floral hints of green apple, citrus and iodized notes. Fresh and lively to the taste, with an invigorating fizziness and an enjoyable and genuine finish.
Excellent with fried food, especially fish, vegetable dishes and omelettes. Also perfect for an aperitif based on cold cuts and fresh cheeses.

A night of maceration and hand pressing. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals an intense floral bouquet of white rose and acacia, together with fruity and citrus notes of white peach and lemon. In the mouth it is fresh and savory, with a nice acidic shoulder in balance with the softness.
